Soldier goes berserk, kills civilians
ENOUGH. Far too much irreplaceable human treasure has been destroyed over the last ten years. The price of soldiering on is too high. The war in Afghanistan is over — it ended the night a Navy SEAL fired a bullet into Osama Bin Laden’s brain. This bloody anticlimactic insanity must stop.
As an experiment testing the power and reach of social media, I think Kony 2012 is worthwhile and has real value. But I don’t think it will help accelerate the capture of Kony himself, for reasons I explain in the video.
Good news for connoisseurs of military history and connoisseurs of epic cinematic flops. Inchon has been uploaded to YouTube. The 1982 film (which featured Laurence Olivier as General Douglas MacArthur) is famous for being one of the most expensive movies ever made — and for being one of the biggest box office failures of all time.
